These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 56bd platform, including the website located at 56bd.io, all associated mobile interfaces, betting services, casino game offerings, promotional features, and any other service made available by 56bd ("Platform", "Services"). One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 56bd Platform. Operating, sharing, or colluding across multiple accounts — whether in your own name or via aliases, third-party identities, or household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension.

• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of an account holder are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 56bd does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, third-party wallets, or payment sources that were not used for deposits on the account unless a specific exception is approved by the 56bd compliance team in writing.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the account dashboard.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification before processing.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 56bd. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or void any bet that is identified as having been placed in error, exploiting a system fault, or benefiting from odds published in error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds will be voided.

• Minimum single-event bet: ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. 56bd accepts no liability for bets delayed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to the sport and market apply. Unplayed events are generally voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings from successfully settled bets are credited to the account balance within fifteen (15) minutes of official result confirmation.
• 56bd reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per account.

56bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. 56bd will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

56bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder is or has become ineligible to hold an account under Section 2.
• Continuation of the account relationship poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 56bd.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention requires the account to be closed.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 56bd support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance — net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
